The role of the leadership team is to maintain school focus on Vox Collegiate's mission and vision and to support teachers to improve their craft, growing their own classroom leadership capacity. As school leaders, we lead by example and by being comfortable standing at the forefront of creating a great school.

OPERATIONS
Without the operations team at Vox Collegiate, our students cannot learn and teachers cannot teach. The operations team works tirelessly to ensure that day-to-day school operations and logistical obstacles do not interrupt student learning. In order for students to learn, the school must be safe, nurturing, and run smoothly. Deft communicators, quick thinkers, and detail-oriented individuals will thrive within our operations team.
